At Youthstrends, we take pride in delivering quality products. However, if you receive a product that is damaged or the size does not match your order, weβre here to help.
1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange
We accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:
- The product is received damaged or broken
- The size does not match what was ordered
If your issue meets the above criteria, we will offer an exchange only β refunds are not provided.
2. How to Request an Exchange
To request an exchange:
- Contact us at support@youthstrend.com within 3 days of receiving your order
- Include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the item showing the damage or incorrect size
- A brief explanation of the issue
We will review your request and get back to you within 1β2 business days.
3. Conditions for Acceptance
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging
- All exchange requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery
- Exchanges will not be processed for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size ordered by customer (please refer to our size chart before ordering)
4. Shipping Costs for Exchanges
- If the mistake was on our end (damaged or wrong size sent), we will cover the return and reshipping costs.
- If incorrect size was selected by mistake during order placement, unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges or cover return shipping.

- Items marked as final sale
- Gift cards or promotional items
